October is Virginia Wine Month

Join us at the Tavern for a glass of Bone Yard’s 2013 White Blend. This wine is a blend of 46% Chardonnay, 33% Rkatsiteli, 11% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Petit Manseng. The fairly pale straw colored wine is one of intense and exciting aromatics. Each sniff bringing in a new layer showing pineapple, granny smith, lemon drop, fresh grass and a creamy quality. The palate is medium to full bodied and bone dry with lovely fruit showing its exotic nature. We taste hints of pineapple, granny smith apple, lemon drop, fresh grass with a creamy finish.

Every Tuesday – Friday 5:00 – 6:30

Pull up a chair in the Tavern bar and enjoy some drink specials after work. One of our specialty martinis will be featured each evening along with wine and beer specials. Satisfy your appetite with food specials from our blackboard and Tavern menu.

Every Sunday we will “raid” our cellars for great wine deals. Special wines you may not see again at great prices.
